Thanks for your bug report!
World Unloading problems lately.
Since last months, i noticed the unpleasant problem with VRChat. If i stay for a while in the VRChat world with many people, a busy world, and i want jump to other world, i saw on more used W10 system very long unloading progress, makes my fps drops all the way down to 5 fps and everything froze almost (and frame drops on stream). This takes even minutes and unloading progress takes even more time in freeze part. It's so worst i am forced to restart VRChat. With new install W11, i carefully observed unloading and notice again same fps drop to 5-10 fps, lucky much shorter for ~20-30 sec then it finally loads next world. The unloading problems are still there. This points out there is something wrong with VRChat lately. I have almost no problems with world jumping some months ago, but now in last months the unloading times are really annoying and getting worser. Because i have no problems for long time and i keep my system good maintained and clean, i have feeling VRChat does in last versions poor job in unloading worlds. If i jump faster around even it's busy, unloading time is much shorter. If alone in the world, then also less problems. Only if i stay longer in the world with many people, then it's getting worse, even i am good in the world itself with decent fps, it's just weird to see why unloading progress is really bad. I want ask everyone to report the unloading problems. If you experience also same problems with unloading, please post here. I hope developers can look at it. My system is RTX3060Ti, 32GB RAM and 5800X3D. That is still good system for VR. I have videos and streams as example, will link them later below.

Instances Desynced when two players are blocked
This is a very rare bug that many players may or may not experience, but there's a high likelihood that if two players have each other blocked in some worlds it can lead to the instance desyncing. Two examples are: Game worlds that require player data to be synced, if two players in that world are blocked it could cause issues where the game world is unable to find the target players on either users' clients. Important for AI player targeting systems Video players not playing videos properly, resulting in videos skipping a couple of seconds in random intervals or the video not playing for one of the blocked players at all until another URL is put into the video player's address bar. I'm inclined to believe it could possibly be a networking issue between individual clients and Udon Syncing where there could be a lack of any compensation for when 2 players in an instance have each other blocked, but this is based on my layman's understanding of networking and the Udon system. There may be more examples that I might have missed, one of these concerns would be from this canny post back in 2022 that is becoming a bit more prevalent in recent updates here: https://feedback.vrchat.com/bug-reports/p/blocked-players-can-sometime-still-see-the-user-that-blocked-them Users are also welcome to share more examples about their blocking issues in this feedback post and hopefully VRC will take that feedback so it can be properly addressed.
