iOS Closed Beta

VRChat 2024.2.3 (333) Currently, Android content appears to be fully compatible with iOS, but in reality some content will not work properly. It would be nice if you could clarify if it is fully iOS compatible or if it is Android compatible and also works on iOS.

Pretty straight forward, but here's an example. -Getting notifications for Invites and Requests but not wanting group notifications.

As of VRChat 2024.2.3(337), it does not seem to work in game mode. Game mode is now supported in iOS18. This is expected to improve application performance and stability. If possible, I would like it to support VRChat as well. Noticed it just today. I was messing trying out some stuff on the beta. After the latest beta was installed, all my settings were reverted back to default settings. I am 99.9% sure that on very first builds I did set all the settings near same that I have on PC. Had some time off from beta and today launched it after some time and joined to lobby. Started watching my settings and saw that my settings were reverted back. This exposed for example my avatar to be cloned which is bad. I tried to reproduce by going back a build but did not work. Will try out again when new build comes out

Textures that should be partially transparent, such as translucent glass, water, and leaves, are not displaying transparency and are appearing as flat polygons.

Non youtube videos can be loaded in worlds, but any youtube videos dont load at all. Maybe is relate to youtube dlp?

The main vrchat pause menu appears to have a rendering issue when opening it in front of walls, some elements of the menu disappear. if the menu is a 3d object itself, it clips behind solid objects My device is a iPhone 13 Pro Max running IOS 17.5.1

Lately, I’ve noticed that no sound is played when I get any sort of VRChat Notification on my iOS Device. I would assume it’s silent notifications. If so, could one be added for when the Ringer is On? Something that is similar to the in-game VRChat Notification Sound, but at a somewhat louder volume. Now let’s say there is already one. If so, I think it’s too quiet. Can the volume of the Notification Sound be increased?

Using Device : iPhone 15 Pro iOS : 17.6.1 After I took a picture with my photo camera it was not saved in the OS photo library. This is probably because the application does not request access to the photo library.

Using iOS screen rotation lock forces the game into portrait mode. However, if I disable iOS screen rotation lock, the screen rotates depending on the real-life orientation. This is bad for users who play while lying down. Please add an option in the game to always play in landscape mode.
