Hello, after sending a support ticket about it, it got adviced to send a feedback about it : "We will consider feedback in any potential future updates to our ToS and/or Community Guidelines." So I copy/paste my message in the proper place, so it can be viewed by the proper people and thought about. During my travel into VRChat, four questions arised that many people in the community cannot answer definitively for sure. I even heard that some of them tried to ask, but the answer was not clear to them. I tried using Discord VRChat AI, knowing and reading again the guidelines and the ToS, but to no veil. I would really appreciate your input into these questions. can a mod from a group force players to not mute or block them, for “moderation purposes” ? which rules are above : map or group rules ? How does it work ? can a group, mainly known for creating instances of a specific map, promote their group in an instance of another group using the same map ? To me, it would look like Community / Instance Hijacking. can a map owner intervene with kick in others instances that are using the same map ? I know rn two map owners that contradict themselves about this matter.
