With the new website UI there is no confirmation for unfriending someone and it feels like it's very easy to do accidentally.

I unfriended someone last night and the button goes back to unfriend, and then fails the second time, so I thought I didn't actually unfriend them.
So if you accidentally unfriend someone, it won't even be obvious...
