Localization

As the title says but, this ability is need to be specified in the description to be recognized to users IMO Suggestions: Hide location, hide invite requests and decline friend requests Hide location, hide any requests Also when was this ability introduced? As the title says.

The microphone button has different tooltips depending on the mode and the state of the microphone. However, the tooltips use inconsistent terms to refer to the microphone, such as: Microphone in Always On/Off mode. Audio input device in Toggle mode. To talk in Push-to-talk mode. Moreover, the tooltips in Always On/Off mode are not working properly. They seem to display the key name instead of the actual text message, resulting in an extra ‘Tooltip/’ prefix and no translation applied. I suggest fixing the tooltips in Always On/Off mode and using a single term for all the tooltips . I recommend using the term microphone , as it is consistent with the rest of the UI, except for the device selection menu. We can keep Audio input device as tech detail in device selection menu.

Upon opening the avatar details. MM -> Avatars -> select an avatar -> View Avatar Details 1) There is a logic inversion in the “Favorite” button, the button does not represent its action when clicked but rather its current status. As can be seen in the first image, the button is set as Favorite, indicated in “1” and the tooltip in “2”, the tooltip is correct. 2) It was also discovered that the string that represents “favorite” in this context is 22859, for some reason it does not have the “{0}/{1}” that it should have. We were only able to discover this because it is our only PT-BR translation that was as “Favorito” as you can see marked in “3” in the second image, and it appeared precisely in the avatar details. Which supposedly should be one of these two strings: 25053 or 34394. If you are going to maintain the status logic and not action, I suggest changing the strings to: “Favorited” or “Marked as a Favorite” instead of “Favorite” “Not favorited” or “Not Marked as a Favorite” instead of “Unfavorite”.

This string is missing on crowdin. We can only find a similar string with {0} parameter. Also true for blocking other user, and being warned. And many of the moderate-user-related popups are not included on canny. I cannot test all the moderation on my friend, please go through them and check if they have been included on crowdin. Thanks

The string 40106 present us a quite strange sentence that was probably used in the past or is just broken.

As the localization refactor works suggested, I did some review about merged strings, and here is my suggestion for splitting them. General/Avatars : Split into UI and tooltip string, which can be translate for MM/Avatar as "User avatars, double click to open avatar world search". General/Behavior :Their are two usage, report user behavior and camera behavior. General/Environment: Camera filter environments and reporting a social environment. General/Block_User : Split into UI and tooltip string, for example, if you block a user, he/she will not longer visiable and also can not search you with global user search. for transmits more useful info about these moderation functions to the end user. General/Kick_User : Same as above. General/Warn_User : Same as above. General/Safety : Split into UI and tooltip string, "You can change your safety level here"... flexibility for localization. General/View_Avatar_Author : Split into UI and tooltip string, for example: "The avatar author, click to view additional infomation about this user." General/View_Avatar_Details : Same as above. General/LOD_Quality : Same as above, split it into ui and tooltip string, to transmit more details to the end user, for example : High LOD can be helping with better visual experience, but, might be increase CPU usage. General/Convert_Dynamic_Bones_to_PhysBones : split it into ui and tooltip string, "it may be help with performance, but might result some weird issue in specific 2.0 avatars. This function toggle is local only." General/New : I wish it can split again as before, which should be use as : new notification, latest official news, etc. Also, here are some thing I suggest to split as UI & Tooltip which can provide flexibility for localization. It's not so necessary but if they want to, it's really very fun. The string 23533 "Hidden" needs to be split. It seems currently it is referenced both: as visibility setting for nameplates as visibility setting for group membership I suspect there is other cases, as 23533 is the only instance of single word "Hidden"

Camera filters is the additional layer behind lens, which is not the same as the filter of the search results. Please make these two UI to use deference strings, or wings should use "sorted by" as the main menu did.
