Avatar Marketplace

Add a gifting feature that allows users to buy avatars for other users. Though this idea was already discussed in the FAQ thread in the forum ( https://ask.vrchat.com/t/avatar-marketplace-faq-for-sellers/43555 ) Q: What about gifting avatars? (Asked by @Hammey) A: Not yet, but it’s a popular feature request and we’d like to do it. , I will post this as a reminder and voting place.

I noticed that the behavior of favorite avatars outside of the first favorites category were changed, and it feels a bit harder on those that used to have VRC+ as you're no longer able to move avatars that you previously categorized if you no longer have VRC+. This change could be seen as a somewhat predatory one, especially to those that are used to the original behavior and can't or don't want to pay for VRC+ again, considering that you're completely removing a feature that was free and making it a paid one. I ask that you please restore the original functionality of this feature.
