I saw a bug report from the Open Beta channel with the same issue so it seems this issue has not been fixed before releasing to live. Please check and identify the cause as soon as possible.
Only tested on PC - same issue happens in both VR and Desktop modes.

So the issue affecting midnight rooftop I've yet to track down however since this post was made the world was updated and the issue no longer occurs on this new version. I have found other worlds affected by this however they are far less visited.
If anyone finds another case similar to this please provide the world id and if you are the creator of the world please note if you are using and editor tools that run on build.
Important note: If you see "did not pass initial checks and won't be downloaded: 10" in the logs it is not this issue and a different canny should be made

Midnight Rooftop World Loading Glitch

Hello i'm having trouble with loading in Midnight Rooftop cause every time I try to load the world, it fully loads but than it takes me back to my VRChat home world. I tried it on my quest version with no PCVR and i was able to go in there so I wondering how can i resolve this solution. Thank you for your time. (As you see in the image it's my home world but always end up in VRChat Home.)

I had the same issue with Nostalgic Winter Nights, though the issue seemed to be with it downloading at all.
Pre-loading just switched to the "Clear Preload" button with no download at all, like it was having trouble downloading the map in the first place.
I was able to download again by switching to Live.

Kazy: The issue encountered for this world was different, it was failing security checks due to an edge case (a rare and unhandled format was used). The world should load fine now
