UdonSharp UtilityScripts Folder is Sometimes Recreated upon Recompile or Asset Reload

The UdonSharp/UtilityScripts folder and it's contents are recreated upon Recompile or Asset Reload for some world projects. Data loss can occur if a creator modified or added content to the existing scripts. This also changes their GUIDs which creates unnecessary changes on worlds shared via git.
