Cloth applied mesh does not scale when avatar scale is changed

Thank you for responding to the cloth scaling issue in the Unity2019 open beta the other day.
When I conducted a similar test today at the open beta for Unity 2022,
The incident has recurred, so please take action.
Unlike the previous bug, this recurring issue does not reflect the changed scale even if the Cloth component is reset by turning it on and off, making it impossible for the user to take temporary measures. I'm here.

This seems to be related to some internal Unity changes with cloth simulation since Unity 2022.2, and the fix deployed for Unity 2019 is not functioning in Unity 2022.3 as a result. I'm investigating other means of resolving the issue. Thanks!
