I made a post about all the profile changes I think should be done and my feedback here:

This is specifically a request to remove the "Current Avatar" block from the local player profile. It only appears for your own profile, and it pushes your groups even further offscreen.

We have a page in our menu dedicated to the avatars we are using and have, it's a waste of valuable space that is a prominent issue in this beta.

If combined with this other post I made: https://feedback.vrchat.com/open-beta/p/1879-badges-shouldnt-be-their-own-bubble-anymore-in-the-profile your groups would actually be visible when you open your own profile.
