[1863] View Reports button is gone

I can't find a way to view reports on open-beta anymore. I think this is a regression.
- Open Quick Menu
- Click the Report icon
- Try to find a View Reports button from this report menu
Expected result: Find the button there in both live (build 1856) and open-beta (build 1863). It's needed to delete open reports, etc.
Actual result: Found in live (build 1856). The button has been removed in open-beta (build 1863).
