The first thing I thought of when seeing the new share pedestal menu was that this would be really great to have for portals.

Instead of the 'lock' feature, let us select between "Respect instance", "Public", "Friends" and "Group" as well as allowing for variable portal timers like "5 seconds", "15 seconds" and "30 seconds".

"Locking" portals was never super intuitive and now that there's a precedent for dropping similar things that uses a better system, I believe portals should use a similar menu.
