Locked Portals are a nice feature, but it is confusing and way too limited.

They can only be used for Friend and Friend+ portals, which is wasted potential.

I suggest allowing us to place any portal as a "Locked Portal", simply only our friends can see the portal. That way you can place a portal to another public instance that only your friends can see.

This would be a more consistent feature, rather then the current one where Locked Portals can only be used on specific instance types.

There should be nothing wrong with allowing us to place a portal to an Invite Only instance that can only be seen by friends.
