[UI/UX issue] Simplicity does not mean easy to understand.

(This is related to the "Quick Menu Refresh" in build 1319, but also includes mention of fundamental UI/UX issues, such as MM settings, etc.)
The UI with common style buttons is simpler, but it is much less understandable than the icon-based settings UI.
The current QM settings UI requires interpreting items described in mostly text, and it is not easy to predict what options are available for given settings or what effect a setting change will have. Definitely, the QM settings operation is more non-intuitive than before.
In addition, the change from several icons to one setting per line has reduced the number of settings per screen, and some low-priority items are now displayed at the top, requiring scrolling to access major settings, which is very inconvenient.
Also, the current QM Settings UI is part of the MM settings, not
Quick
.FYI, I have also written Canny about Quest's hand tracking operation setting with similar intentions.
Both have in common that the icons are gone and have become non-intuitive.
The UI does not have to be the same as before, but I would like VRChat to see a properly designed UI that is more
quickly and easily understandable

The new UI feels more geared to being used on mobile devices than for actually being used on a vr headset. I do not understand the approach that the designers went for with this.
Anyone attempting to use this with unsteady/disabled hands without some sort of eye-tracking setup in it's place is bound to have issues compared to the legacy menu.
The new menu also expects everyone to know what old icons mean without ever having played VRC before, I know it shows their function at the bottom of the screen but that can be potentially cut off based on display position.

Will add that the new buttons to interact with the QM settings are much smaller and harder to click than the easy to use icons.

In short, here's what I suggest
- I would like VRChat to reintroduce the icon method for QM's settings UI to solve the not-Quickproblem. Categorization may be good as it is now.
- MM's settings UI is mostly fine, but for things like Canny that I mentioned (even if there is a tooltip) that are difficult to understand using text only description, I would like VRChat to use icons.
