Audiolistener on stream camera

For viewers, the sounds are always heard from the streamer. Often it is confusing when the screen we see the person on the right and hear on the left for example. Is it possible to make a separate audio listener to the camera?

+1 on this. BIG TIME
also, maybe adding a toggle to disable [world],[player],[avatar] audio !
recording would feel more natural and realistic for any kind of content creation

Scout - VRChat Head of Quality Assurance: FYI, potentially merge-able new one https://feedback.vrchat.com/feature-requests/p/audio-listener-for-vrc-camera-lens

With the new camera I would really like to see this as a toggle on the stream camera. I would personally prefer if vrchat output a separate audio output that acts identical to the normal output except when it is toggled to use the stream camera.

For people like me who listen to sound through PC earphones.
Please make it possible to play the sound source for the stream from another device.

This is relevant when recording skits/etc. Currently, for the audio volume/panning to match the camera, the player recording must essentially keep their head glued to the camera, or the 3D audio will sound wrong to the viewer.
I've seen a demo of multiple audio listeners operating together, though it might not work in VRChat. If not, it would still be a useful feature that could be toggled on (swap between head listener and camera listener)

This would be really, really helpful. It's annoying for both the viewer and the person recording, specially since you have to stay close to the camera no matter where you place it or else you won't be able to record the sound properly.
Observer.
I'm not sure unity is capable of sending audio from multiple audio listeners through different outputs.
This may be entirely up to the streamer to utilise the stereo mix, pass it through their audio processing application of choice, flip the stereo channels, then output that flipped audio back into their streaming software anytime they are using the streaming camera in such a way that the audio should be reversed for viewer comfort.

you cannot have more than one listener active at a time (in vrchat, at least) which is usually the MainCamera that is tied to your viewport
but you can have one listener per camera and toggle/cycle through those listeners; that's been done in unity before, i'm sure. you can also send independant listener to different "screen" in unity IIRC
