Audio listener for VRC camera lens
Zarniwoop
If you're doing any kind of video work with the camera lens it's important the audio makes sense spatially.
For example, if you're filming an interview and have to record yourself while appearing on screen, it makes it weird for the viewer to hear the voices come from the "wrong" direction.
If you could temporarily switch your audio listener to your lens, it would help a lot, despite it possibly being bit confusing for the person recording. Maybe a ear icon would appear on the lens nameplate?

Yes, its still a struggle to swap audio channels in Post-Production or use simply Mono that sounds bad.

This is needed. It's a shame this post is 3 years old, and there has been nothing. But here's holding out hope.

I totally agree, it make no sens to have the audio listener in first person camera when you are streaming/recording vrchat. You can add a toggle to switch the audio listener from camera player > camera lens

i really need this, too!

Yes! nit: passing the camera listener to stream only would be better. Just like stream camera differ from first person camera, why not have a stream audio that differs from first person audio?

It's been stated over and over that adding a second audio listener is a huge pain.
I agree with Zarni that allowing someone to optionally move the listener from your head to the lens would be ideal.
That does bring up the possibility of using that functionality to eavesdrop though.

owlboy: AFAIK the player voices don't even transmit data when at a certain distance, so I don't think eavesdropping is gonna be a worse issue with this implemented.

Zarniwoop: nice!
