The idea isn't bad, but how would this even work?
VRChat doesn't allow evidence to be attached to in-game reports, so I feel like these reports wouldn't be very meaningful, unless they're just admitting to it in their bio or something.

Orео you can click a link to submit evidence on the website after making the original report I believe. You can record the child telling you their age.
