Local players don't cast shadows caused by lights in avatars on cameras

Expected behavior:
Objects comprising local players cast shadows in cameras similar to a player's view.
Actual behavior:
Objects comprising local players do not cast shadows on cameras.
"Cameras" means both photo camera and Camera components in avatars.
To reproduce, I used a world for reporting another issue.
1st picture describes the avatar setup. It contains a green directional light.
2nd picture is the player's view. A sphere in the PlayerLocal layer is casting a shadow.
3rd picture shows the photo camera view. Both spheres in the PlayerLocal layer or the MirrorReflection layer are not casting shadows.
Environment:
- VRChat build 1231 (live) and 1236 (beta)
