Avatar changes sometimes revert back to the previously used avatar immediately after switching.

Sometimes, immediately after changing avatars, I see a message saying something like "Changed to (original avatar name)," which is strange, and then my avatar switches back to the one I was previously using.
The avatar I attempted to switch to is barely displayed, if at all. Instead, it appears to go through the sequence: original avatar → loading → original avatar. It looks as though the avatar change is triggered twice in rapid succession, causing the corresponding loading process to run twice as well.
This is a recent issue. It doesn't happen all the time, but it occurs occasionally. It happens regardless of whether I change avatars using the in-game Wing Menu, the main menu, or via OSC.
I'm using the Unity 6 version, but this feels more like a networking issue than a Unity-specific one, so I'm submitting it as a regular Bug Report.

It happened again today, so I'm attaching the relevant portion of the log.
- I was originally using the 「ひかるん(avtr_78c...)」 avatar.
- 05:35:19: I attempted to switch to 「シンシア(avtr_fe8...)」.
- 05:35:24: After waiting about five seconds for it to load, the avatar never appeared. Instead, I received a notification saying that my avatar had been changed to 「ひかるん(avtr_78c...)」.
- 05:35:26: Rather than the avatar I had attempted to switch to, 「ひかるん(avtr_78c...)」, which I had originally been using, was displayed again.
- 05:35:59: I attempted to switch to 「シンシア(avtr_fe8...)」 again.
- 05:36:00: I don't remember whether it took exactly one second, but this time the avatar switched successfully to 「シンシア(avtr_fe8...)」.

I've also experienced this happening a number of times, seemingly at random.
One time it even switched me multiple times on its own, I switched into an avatar, it switched me back to the original, then again back to the one I switched into.
I don't think it's related to Unity 6, because I've experienced it on several different stable builds.
It does seem like a relatively new issue whatever it is, I don't remember this ever happening a few months back.

This is an avatar built with the standard Unity 2022.3.22f1, so I don't think it's related to that issue. If I try switching to the intended avatar again, the change succeeds normally.
It doesn't seem to be specific to any particular avatar.

アバターを変更した直後に、以前使用していたアバターへ戻ってしまうことがあります。
アバターを変更した直後、「(元のアバター名)に変更しました」のようなメッセージが表示され、不思議に思っていると、そのまま以前使っていたアバターへ戻ってしまうことがあります。
変更しようとしたアバターは、表示されたとしても一瞬で、ほとんど見えません。代わりに、「元のアバター → ロード中 → 元のアバター」という流れになっているように見えます。アバター変更処理が短時間に2回実行され、そのたびにロード処理も走っているように見えます。
これは最近発生し始めた問題です。毎回ではありませんが、ときどき発生します。ゲーム内のWing Menu、メインメニュー、OSC経由のいずれでアバターを変更しても発生します。
Unity 6版を使用していますが、Unity固有というよりネットワーク関連の問題のように感じたため、通常のBug Reportとして報告します。
