When attempting to join an instance, if you are dropped due to an EAC error, when you try to enter that instance (the one you were trying to join immediately before) after restarting,
there is a high probability that you will not be able to enter the instance.
The specific process is as follows.

- An EAC error occurs.
- Restart VRC.
- Attempt to join the instance you were trying to enter previously.
4.A You cannot enter the instance, and another instance in the same world starts up and you are transported there.
4.B The loading is complete, but you cannot enter the instance and are transported to a location that is not the respawn point in the same world (presumably the world origin), where you cannot move and the UI cannot be opened.

This issue was resolved by clearing the cache and preloading the world.
The solution I implemented is as follows.

- Restart VRC after EAC error.
- Delete cache (restart VRC to delete).
- Set up the world of the problematic instance in a separate instance and load it first.
- Join the problematic instance.

This problem occurs with high probability when an EAC error occurs.
That is why I chose this title.
EAC sometimes malfunctions.
When that happens, I can't return to the instance for a while,
which makes me feel sad.
I know you are busy, but I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue.

インスタンスへJoinしようとした際に、EACによるエラーによって落とされた場合、再起動後にその（直前にJoinしようとした）インスタンスへ入ろうとした時に、
高確率でインスタンスへ入れない問題が発生しています。
具体的なプロセスは以下の通りです。

- VRCを再起動する
- 直前に入ろうとしたインスタンスへJoinしようとする
4.A インスタンスに入れず、同ワールドの別のインスタンスが立ち上がりそこに飛ばされる
4.B ロードが終わるものの、インスタンスには入れず、同ワールドのリスポーン地点ではない場所（予想ではワールド原点）に飛ばされ、移動もできずUIも開けない状態に陥る

この問題はキャッシュを削除し、ワールドを事前にロードすることで解消できました。
私が実行した解決方法は以下の通りです。

1.EACエラー後にVRCを再起動
2.キャッシュを削除（削除のためにVRCを再起動）
3.問題のインスタンスのワールドを別インスタンスで立てて先にロード
4.問題のインスタンスにJoin

この問題はEACエラーが起きたときに、高確率で発生します。
そのため、このタイトルをつけさせていただきました。
EACは時々誤作動を起こしてしまうことがあります。
その時にしばらくインスタンスへ戻れなくなってしまい、悲しい思いをすることが多いです。
なので忙しいと思いますが、できれば調査をお願いします。

I don't know if it's EAC related or not but I have been getting this error for the past couple days, and when I try to rejoin the instance it goes black. Please fix this soon!!

Yeah I get this error and then when I try to join back it's all black, I've tried every suggested fix under the sun and nothing works. I guess we gotta wait till EAC fixes their issue or whatever.

Could you provide logs of when the black screen specifically happens?
When you are kicked from a world you will not be able to re-enter for a while, this part is intentional. But you should not be stuck on a black screen.

I understand regarding the log file.
However, since the issue in my environment occurred quite some time ago and my memory is somewhat vague,I will collect and send several logs from around the time when the issue likely occurred.
Please also excuse me for extracting and sending only the relevant portion (from leaving the previous instance until closing VRC),in order to protect my friends’ privacy.
If necessary, I can send the entire file as-is, but in that case, I would appreciate it if you could suggest a method of transfer that is not publicly accessible.
I am aware that there is a feature where, if you are kicked from a world, you cannot rejoin that instance for a certain period of time.
(My memory is a bit hazy, but as far as I remember from when I was an event staff member, being kicked by an instance master prevented rejoining for at least about an hour.)
That said, I would like to clarify that when this issue occurred, the first error message I saw (displayed in the game’s UI) was a warning from EAC.
Therefore, I understand that it was not caused by a kick from within the instance.
(After taking countermeasures, I was able to rejoin the same instance within about 30 minutes.)
If the behavior when being disconnected due to an EAC error is the same as when being kicked, I have no particular concerns.
However, if my memory is correct, I recall that the handling was different, which makes me wonder if this might be another issue — specifically, that you cannot return to the instance afterward.
Regarding the “black screen,” as far as I remember, on desktop it often remains completely black,but in VR, it wasn’t a total “black screen” — I could still see something resembling the world.
Therefore, it seems that the “black screen” occurs during the situation described in section 4.B above.

I also encountered a similar issue before.
In my case, after restarting VRC and trying to re-enter the instance, the screen went completely black and the loading never finished, leaving me unable to do anything.
