'Slash' in a world description turns to an invalid symbol

I updated my word description over the webpage and added a link to a Discord server. After saving, the slash in the url turns to a weird symbol (looks a sort of a slash, but it isn't). Copy & pasting the url doesn't work because of a invalid char.

When will this be fixed? With the enhancement of group functionality, there is a growing demand for sharing URLs, but it hasn't been fixed. I looked into it and found that it has been left untouched for two years, since 2023. Is there no decent web engineer on the VRChat development team?

The following correspondence in profile fields and group announcement posts has been replaced by Unicode characters, making it very difficult to copy-paste into the address field to access the site.
If it is an intentional behavior, an announcement is necessary. If it is an unintentional normalization, we would like to see a fix.
Colon -> U+02F8 MODIFIER LETTER RAISED COLON
Period -> U+2024 ONE DOT LEADER
Slash -> U+2044 FRACTION SLASH

This is the case for pretty much all the user inputted text - bios, statuses etc.. And a whole lot more special characters. Happens when you input in-game too. This is very likely a server side thing.

The dot is an invalid char too, when copy & pasting a link out from a world description.

It would be nice if this behavior was documented if it is intentional. To me, it seems like bizarre anti-spam measures I've never seen utilized elsewhere.
