Putting your arms up is a bit weird
DrBlackRat
If you put your arms up, so stretch them out to your sealing, they will first start to stretch out more then your controllers are and them come back to them.
You can see this behavior here: https://streamable.com/lcv5pj
This doesn't feel right at all and makes it weird to put up your arms.

I want to tie it into this as well. Hand moment is also heavily delayed to the controller locations:

Shoulder IK causing hands to move away from controllers
DeltaNeverUsed
This has happened on every avatar I've tested to varying extents.
It happens in both 3p and 6p tracking, I am unable to test 10p or 11p since I don't have that many trackers.
Whenever the shoulder starts to move up, it offsets the rest of the arm so that it's no longer aligned with your actual hand/controller

Update:
According to Kung this is intentional design. It allows for avatars which shoulder position does not match up with your IRL shoulder potion to fully stretch out their arms when you put them above your head.
I can see why you would want this, though I can also see why you wouldn't. The best thing do would probably to make it an optional Setting in the Tracking & IK Category of the Main Menu Settings Tab. This would allow people who like this feature to still use it while those who don't can simply turn it off. It could be called something like
Overstretch Arms Above Head
or Fully Stretch Out Arms Above Head

Here is a screenshot of Kung explaining the feature:

This makes it really hard to make slight angles with your elbow when you have the arms up in the air, even with elbow trackers its the same. Its very jumpy between "fully stretched" and "pretty big elbow angle" when dancing with your arms above your head for example, and it just feels really weird and uncomfortable.
Here is another Video where i demonstrate it with 2 different avatars: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/946881839400882196/990243024384704523/2022-06-25_14-12-47.mp4
