Attempting to load into a local test build fails with:
2021.07.07 17:37:19 Error - [Always] Error Downloading or Instantiating Custom Scene - file:///C%3a%2fUsers%2fbd%2fAppData%2fLocal%2fTemp%2fDefaultCompany%2fattach-test%2fscene-StandaloneWindows64-SampleScene.vrcw - InvalidURL
Not posting the full logs in the canny because they include my full friends list and avatar asset url. However, it's 100% reproducible by just hitting the local test -> build&test button on any world.

Should be fixed in the Open Beta release, let us know if it's still an issue.
