When doing SetOwner, you can't assign remote players as the owner.
This test world is set to assign new players as the owner of the object, but right now it doesn't do anything. Not even reporting any errors.
Being able to set owners would help a lot with something like object pooling. So instead of players ending up in a race condition because of networking, it's now the master assigning ownership to players instead.
