While this is here can we please get client side options for disabling/enabling individual world/avatar post processing effects. Visually impaired users and our gpu's in general would be thankful, finding the world post processing toggle is difficult when the world post processing actively blinds you.

We've included the package but haven't yet exposed a way to manipulate PP Volumes, etc. Will review.
