Graphics Raycaster breaks if set to ThreeD or All

If an interactive UI canvas sets its Graphics Raycaster component's "Blocking Objects" to "ThreeD" or "All", users won't be able to interact with it.
This is because of a change in Unity 2022.3.22f1.

By the way - there's no reason to set raycasters to "ThreeD" or "All"! Switching to "None" should work just fine, as a workaround.
