Useful for Karaoke worlds to estimate differences in latency between players for video synchronisation purposes.

An API for this purpose that takes into account all the of the factors impacting voice latency would be great. Some conversation I saw indicates other methods can be impacted by networking/throttling/culling factors that do not impact voice.
The more precise this API is, the better.

Is simulationtime be not enough on this case?
Simulationtime refers to the time at which the IK data is being simulated. Voice is really close to that, but not exactly the same.

Tony_Lewis: No, Simulation time isn't accurate enough unfortunately and as Owl said is affected by other factors.
The idea here is simply to readily allow Karaoke world creators to start the music video for each individual player in a way that takes into account the voice latency of the person who queued the song to the player in question, so that each player hears the person who queued the song roughly in sync with the video that's playing regardless of latency differences.
