Deleting a variable causes duplication

If a variable has a 'Set' function somewhere in the Udon Graph, deleting the varible will duplicate all variables assigned before it.

Should be fixed in release 1061 - 10 March 2021. Let us know if the issue persists!

This is true for both 'set' and 'get' variable nodes. If you delete a variable that has neither type of node corresponding to it in the graph, there's no problem. Clicking the Reload button fixes it.
