2018 Home by vrchat no longer has working Help Videos or Quest Logs

- Join 2018 Home (wrld_a0ad5ad3-2b2c-4a77-8220-d372d299b412) by vrchat (private and only visible via direct links)
- Try to interact with the Help Videos player or observe the Quest Log.
Expected behavior: Use the buttons to choose Help Videos, maybe watch them. Maybe unlock features with 5 friends, 3 favorite worlds, 2 favorite avatars.
Actual behavior: The buttons for Help Videos are broken and even the default Safety video can't be watched. Quest Logs is also non-functional.
Additional information: The world was last updated on Dec 28 2018. Built with Unity 2017.4.15f1.

Worlds on the official account that are set to private are considered deprecated and will not be maintained or receive updates.

I believe the world lighting indoors has also broken and is much darker than in the world thumbnail, in both Unity 2022 and Unity 6 builds of VRChat
