When scrolling the TPV zoom forward while holding a pickup, a tooltip pops up stating that you should use Alt-Scroll to adjust distance. Cool, but if you do it again immediately after, the notification pops up again. I believe users will have seen the notification and would not want to see the notification again immediately after as it might be intentional if they do it again immediately afterwards. My suggestion then is you should have a timeout before you display the notification again with increasing "backoff" as it happens.

Alternatively, add a setting to disable TPV tooltips for users who understand the system.
