I have disabled Third-Person View permanently from my world's settings because it conflicts with my own.

I heavily use mouse scroll wheel for inputs in my worlds as it is the closest equivalent to right thumbstick on VR controllers, but as I start to use my scroll wheel to e.g. navigate my quick menu (see attachment), a notification saying keeps getting spammed on the screen every 5 seconds.

I can understand this notification being displayed once after joining the world, but repeatedly displaying it every 5 seconds is a little excessive and not only is it distracting, it can become quite irritating very quickly.
