Free look movement behaves weird / unpredictably

Issue:
Currently to enter free look mode you press Tab once and to exit you just start moving.
This how has some weird quirks to it:
- When enabling free look while walking, you can only disable it by standing still for a second.
- Pressing Tab while already being in free look and walking results in the character snapping into your current view direction.
Expected Behaviour:
The free look enter / exit mechanic should be reworked to be more consistent.
There are 2 ways I could see this being done:
- Toggle Free Look: In this mode you would just press the button to toggle free look on / off.
- Hold Free Look: In this mode you would have to hold the button to be in free look, once you let go you would automatically exit it again.

I definitely prefer the idea of option 2.
But this could even be made a setting, so we could pick the mode we want.
