[3rd person camera] Weird locomotion animations in Furry Hideout

If you use third person camera in the Furry Hideout world and start doing different jumping + moving combos the locomotion animations get weird where sometimes you get stuck in a falling animation, walking in place, or the legs don't move anymore at all.

I've attempted a fix for this and can't reproduce the issue. I'm interested if it's fixed for others on the latest build

Seems similar to https://feedback.vrchat.com/third-person-view/p/walk-animation-stuck-in-trash-compactor I wonder if both of these worlds do the same thing to the player controller.
