Let's say I have an avatar with this stat on it:

6/8 Audio Sources (Medium)

I want hover-over tooltips that tell me something like

"Reduce to 1 for Excellent

Reduce to 4 for Good

Increasing to 9 will drop it to Poor"

This would make it easier and faster to lookup the milestones I need to hit for quest/etc instead of going to the website every time I want to double check.
