VRChat/Mobile/Diffuse broken in latest SDK3(2021.03.09.13.58) for avatars

When you try the avatar in game it shows pink for a split second in menu then defaults to no material
How to replicate:
1.- Make a fresh project, switch to android platform and import sdk(skip this if you already have a project)
2.- Create Diffuse material add whatever texture to it and slap it on a cube or whatever mesh
3.- Upload that as an avatar
Just like that it all seems fine in unity but in VRChat it doesn't work at all

Me and other people I have seen are having this problem with the mobile diffuse shader as well. It's fine in Unity but appears blank/grey in game.

Also have this issue on latest vrcsdk. 2021.03.22.18.27. Downgraded all the way to 2020.12.09.04.45 just to upload the avatar (since its what i had laying around).

To add on, the issue seems to also be present on the latest version of sdk2 (2021.03.09.13.58)
However, it was not present on an older version of sdk2 (2020.12.09.04.45)
