VRC Constraints Break Baked Lighting

SDK Version 7.1, Unity 2022.3.22f1. When using any of the new VRC constraints in a world project, attempting to bake lighting causes it to rapidly fluctuate between preparing to bake, and baking, and never finishing baking, improperly generating lighting the entire time.

Sorry, VRChat constraints are currently limited to avatars and are not supported in world projects.
Please use Unity constraints in your world projects instead, or write custom Udon logic to move your transforms around as needed.

To reproduce:
- Create a world project.
- Make sure there is a baked light source and a static object, so that it attempts to bake. My project was moderately complex at the time, but it's possible it could not matter on complexity.
- Add a VRC look constraint (that's what broke, but it may be any or all vrc constraints).
- Attempt to bake lighting.
