Spatial blend curve not working

My world (Tunnel Space) is suffering from 2D audio issues a lot after the Audio rework. Volume curve is not doing anything.
I just confirmed that the issue is still present on the latest SDK
SDK: 2019.09.18.12.05
VRChat: 864
Test world ID using stream player (my particular issue): wrld_92f1a794-a365-41d6-ad01-ec8b540f7183
As described in the world - the sounds should get louder as you cross the divider line in the test world, but it doesn't. The screenshot of the settings is present in the world, but i'm attaching it here too.

Not only does it not work, it appears to make your audio global instead of obeying the "Far" setting. Any 2D (or partially) sound is also forced to be globally audible regardless of your settings. Please fix the VRC_SpatialAudio component!
Edit: It appears that unchecking "Enable Spatialization" makes the custom falloff curve work. "Use Audio Source Volume Curve" is either broken or the VRC_SpatialAudio just sucks (seems like we need to use massive far values to hear anything if Spatialization is enabled??).
