Hi! What happens if you try Assets > Reimport All?

This is the type of error you seem to be experiencing:

Packages\com.vrchat.base\Editor\VRCSDK\Dependencies\VRChat\API\VRCApi.cs(12,7): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'Newtonsoft' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
Packages\com.vrchat.base\Editor\VRCSDK\Dependencies\VRChat\API\VRCUnityPackage.cs(8,10): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'JsonPropertyAttribute' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
