[SDK 3.7.0] SDK wrong detection Windows / Android on upload.

Again, the very old bug popped up again. It's detection between Windows and Amdroid mode.
When i make world for 1 hours or longer, and want upload it to Windows side, i get sometimes error, telling me my world is over 100MB and it's too big.
But that is Android mode setting. I am still in Windows mode, so why do i see sometimes this error message, it's annoying and i am forced to restart Unity.
But even i restarted Unity and after some minutes work on changes and upload again, it's still possible it will say world is too big. The chance is still there. I got 2 times in short time the 100MB size warning.
How is this old bug still there? Can you not make proper mode detection in SDK?
I have reported long time ago same bug, and yet it's not even fixed.

I get the 100MB error message every time I upload a Window version, when I built a Windows test version before the upload.
Switching to Android and back to Windows fixes it, or just restarting Unity.
But yes, please fix.
