SDK 3.6.1 (Avatar and World) - can't read pipeline manager from prefabs

I've noticed this particular bug on the most recent SDK (3.6.1). Any attempt to upload an avatar or world (using VRCWorld prefab), will fail with [Attempted to load the data for a world we do not own, clearing blueprint ID]. This only happens if the object you are uploading is a prefab. This is most inconvenient with avatars since most avatar bases are setup as prefabs. The simple solution is to right click and unpack the prefab in the scene, but it is annoying nonetheless.
And no, there was no previously attached content id.

Hi Ryker™! Is this happening in every scene?
For example, is the VRChat example scene / example avatar affected?
Or does it only happen if your scene contains a prefab with a blueprint ID that is not blank and invalid?

Thanks for the reply Fax.
I've tried replicating both on a world and avatar to give you screenshots, but can't get the same results. I'm not sure if this was a fixed backend problem or I'm missing a step, but I 1000% guarantee there was never a content ID before the upload failed; the last time it happened was with the VRCSDK sample prefab VRCWorld which wouldn't have an ID.
