- Have looping animation with smooth Physbone rotation built in 3.2.0
- Update to 3.2.1
- Animated Physbones no longer appear smoothly animated and instead seem to "lock" to positions.

They still move properly when uploaded to VRChat, this just makes it harder to test the animation curves of the animation without uploading first.

This is a known issue and a fix has been made for a little while now. This will come out officially with 3.2.2, which you can currently preview with SDK version 3.2.2-beta.1.

I realize the smaller ears are harder to see. Here is another example of the animated ears effect. These ears were also smoothly animated in 3.2.0 and worked fine within Unity, but ever since updating to 3.2.1 the animations seem to "lock" the physbones.
