Only one client joins the world in Build&Test (Found how to reproduce!)

UPDATE: I fixed it! This turns out to be a bug with the "Logging" setting inside VRC (as shown inside the second screenshot) Turning this setting "off" results in the described bug!
SDK 3.8.1 (also 3.8.2, I tried upgrading). Release 2025.2.3, build 1664 (going off the steam update notes).
Description:
Upon using Build&Test with two clients, only the first client will successfully load in. The second one will just hang on a black screen, with no loading whatsoever. The only way to close that inactive window is to use task manager. The same seems to happen with three clients, only the first one will successfully load in. I believe it worked fine until yesterday
How to reproduce:
Attempt to Build&Test, for windows, with two+ clients. Tried with VRC quick launcher as well, using Build&Reload with 0 clients and letting the quick launcher open them.
This makes testing for networking issues quite a bit harder
Logs and more information can be provided if needed

I'm glad the issue got solved but I still feel like this shouldn't be a solution and there is still a bug that needs to be fixed here.

Pretty sure you can avoid this.
Just make 1 client to build and test. While this client is active, u run another client that tests the last build (aka, the build ur other client is already in)

Dark Karma Unfortunately that does not work :(

This issue comes and goes for me too, not really sure why
