Description of the bug:
The VRChat Base SDK using UnityEngine.Timeline, but Timeline is not included in the package's dependencies.
This causes a build failure in environments where Timeline is not installed, as there are no preprocessor directives or other measures to handle the absence of Timeline.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Unity.
- Import the VRChat Base SDK.
- Uninstall Timeline in Package Manager if installed.
