Deantwo Apparently the VRChat client does have it's own layers/collision matrix, because the layers and collisions are working in game even if its not setup in the unity project.
No world ID, but this screenshot from the SDK whould be enough to see the problem.

Fairplex VRC only applies collision settings for the "User" layers, so these messages are primarily for accurate in-editor testing. But it should still block the uploads.
