Please include the VPM repo URLs in the vpm-manifest.json . The vpm-resolver is basically useless because the repo URLs are only stored locally in the VCC so it cant actually do anything. This results in people having to share the entire packages directory when collaborating with other users, instead of just including the package manifests and having the VCC or the vpm-resolver download and install the needed packages.
