VRChat is interested in allowing the VRChat SDK to build and publish on multiple platforms automatically.
For example, you might be able to publish the Windows, Android, and iOS versions of your world without interacting with the SDK three times.

We released this feature in SDK version 3.7.6!
We're also working on a feature for the Avatars SDK that allows you to add platform-specific overrides per platform.

Very cool and worked flawlessly with the current iteration released however,
it would be nice to be able to specify Scene assets for each build target.

If i may, but if considered promotion can be removed.
As a temporary somehow alternative, you can combine the following tools to achieve such result.
- https://github.com/anatawa12/ContinuousAvatarUploader will allow you to upload your avatar (or even multiple of them) to multiple platforms (don't know if supports IOS yet)
- https://github.com/kurotu/VRCQuestTools will allow you to make specific editions for the quest platform to adapt the avatar to that platform.
