Avatar alerts not showing in SDK

Within the VRChat SDK 3.8.2 alerts don't show up. I have found no work around so far and rolling back the version won't fix it either. I have gone as far as to import the entire project into another project file without any luck.

We're unable to recrease the issue on our and. Can you please provide instructions on how to replicate the issue?
For example, does the issue occur if you create a brand-new project, or if you use one of our examples?
