“Allow Others” is set to an inappropriate status.

We have confirmed that the filtering for “Contact Receiver” is currently set incorrectly.
“Allow Others” should ‘only’ determine whether to treat other players or the world's “Contact Sender” as valid, but currently, it also treats the player's own “Contact Sender” as valid, resulting in a functional overlap with “Allow Self.” This undermines the purpose of having two separate options.
Please fix this.

Thanks for your report. We are unable to reproduce what you're describing in the live build of VRChat.
I notice you've put this report under SDK Bug Reports. It's a known issue that two separate avatars in the same scene in an avatars SDK project do not use the Allow Others and Allow Self settings of contacts as someone might expect, because the SDK was traditionally built on the assumption that every scene contains exactly one avatar. Is this the behavior you're referring to?
