Currently if you attach for example a normal map to Toon Standard, but the normal map function itself is not turned on, the normal map will still be packaged with the avatar on build.

There should be a warning when this happens to ask the user to detach the texture if it's not used because it will be uploaded and take space on the avatar for no reason.
