Ability to clear local test avatars and worlds

In VRChat creation, creators would have many local test avatars and worlds. They consume much storages and will be never used after completion.

So just having a menu to remove local contents would be nice.

Remove *.vrca from
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\VRChat\VRChat\Avatars
folder.
Remove *.vrcw from
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\VRChat\VRChat\Worlds
folder.

Currently SDK 3.6.1 has UI to remove test avatars, but not for test worlds.

And the UI has a delete button only for for each avatar. But it's not good for me because I have a lot of test avatars and need to click buttons many times. I would like to delete them by one-click.
